When you upgrade the firmware on your ATEM switcher you may need to update your ATEM Proxy software as well. You may either need to use the latest ATEMBridge2.exe and BMDSwitcherAPI.dll file or you may need to substitute with the newest BMDSwitcherAPI.dll file only. Please contact us if you need help with this.
The ATEM Proxy Hardware is technically a Raspberry Pi 3 computer with a special Linux image provided and configured by SKAARHOJ K/S.
Notice: The memory card will only work on the Raspberry Pi 3 hardware it was supplied with! You will not be able to successfully insert it into another Raspberry Pi or copy it. If you need to use it on another Raspberry Pi 3, please contact us.
